Details:
My very first Northern Aurora ever! Perhaps not too much fancy, or great, but for me it has been these and something more! A great evening that had begun with the notice from the island of Skye (towards the south west from my position) of widespread auroras toward the horizon; I took my reflex and tripod and I literally run towars the harbour, to capture the view with the Lews Castle. Even if it was slightly visibile with the naked eye, only a diffuse glow towards the North (and this was already exciting), with the longer exposition times the green belt showed up in all its beauty! Waiting for more intense ones, to get a better look at them, even from the city center! Canon EOS 700D - 18-55 mm IS STM - Lightroom CC - Photoshop CC
