Details:
Aldebaran emerged from behind the Moon at 7:49 pm (local time) in Tucson AZ foothills. Details- I was not able to see the emergence in the bright moon under hazy skies so had the camera running continuously at the predicted time. Culling through the images (taken as a bracket series) a spot of Aldebaran was seen. This is a stack of 3 rapid fire exposures differing by 0.7 stops stacked and then deconvoluted with Lucy Richardson in Lynkeos with 7 iterations. The image was finished with Photoshop to adjust especially to bring up the orange color of Aldebaran. The images were acquired with a Questar Q3.5 and a Nikon D810 camera.
