Details:
Taken from the site of the ESO/VLT at Cerro Paranal in Chile. The sign indicates a safe meeting point in case of earthquakes. Also visible is Antares in the J of Scorpius, and the mountain peak at lower left is Cerro Armazones, the future home of the European Extremely Large Telescope (E-ELT).
