NEW YEARS EVE AND MORNING AURORA On new years eve I had started my Aurora hunt and just after 8:00pm Thursday night 31/DEC/15 the Aurora moved south and stayed there for most of the night coming and going getting brighter and then dimming and the brighter. Around 8:45pm I started to see amazing rays form which then went to a more Concentrated green with rays after 10:00pm. Last night was great as load of Family were over and got to see the Aurora for the first time. Image from outside Ballyshannon Co.Donegal Camera Canon 1200d , ISO 1600 , f3.5 18mm 55mm lens at 30 seconds.
