Details:
For Bangor, the aurora was weak - really just a bright band from the north to north east - it stayed there for a couple of hours around midnight but didn't do much .... after about 20 minutes light adaptation, a slight greenish hue could be discerned visually - the camera increased intensity, but mot much red ... but an encouraging start to 2016!
