It was a depressing day. The CME struck Earth at local daytime and when the night fell, clouds appeared. At 3 am I woke up and looked out. Cloudless sky and bright auroras! I immediately went outside and captured this quite nice display. WWithin an hour clouds re-emerged and I went back to bed.
