Details:
On Sunday night, we had perfect conditions in New Mexico for the Geminids. On this composite image are 60 of the brightest meteors capture between the beginning ofr darkness on Sunday night, until the end of darkness on Monday morning. Visually this was by far the best meteor shower I have ever seen. The action was continuous all night. The meteors burned up in many different colours to my naked eye. Also visible in this shot is the airglow which crept in after midnight giving the sky an eerie green glow.
