Details:
Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko imaged on November 19th 2015 with a brightness of 12.5 magnitude shows a tail at least 12 arcminutes longitude. The bright orange star is HD 99196 with magnitude 5.8 and next to it the spiral galaxy NGC 3666.
