Details:
Following a brief rainy spell with thunder and lightning (see "Strange Lightning" images posted in the Real Time Space Weather Photo Gallery on 22 November), dry weather has returned to southern Africa. A clear sky yesterday evening provided a good opportunity to photograph the November "Frosty" Full Moon rising at 18.20 LT above some indigenous Musasa Woodland on top of a hill in the neighboring Cecil Kop Nature Reserve. The camera used was a hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode and x60 zoom magnification.
