Details:
The time is 5:20AM EST and I am really awake now, the best meteor I have every witnessed greeted me this morning. Just walking outside to take pictures of the morning International Space Station pass and the suddenly the ground was lit up with a flash of light and I looked up and the meteor was just sputtering out as it headed toward the rising Moon, Venus, Mars and Jupiter, it left a vapor trail for about 30 seconds afterwards. I was crossing my fingers the camera had captured even a small part…it did :-) Nikon D7000 13 Second exposure Tokina 12-28mm
