Details:
The planetary trio of Jupiter, Venus and Mars rises together over the moonlit Gold Butte (6,512'), in Montana's Sweet Grass Hills. The hills are a trio of low mountains in a sea of prairie grasses. Blackfeet know them as "Katoyisiks," or Sweet Pine Hills. Their creation stories tell how Old Man shaped them from a piece of Chief Mountain. The Katoyisiks have witnessed fierce battles, peace agreements between tribes, sacred sun dances, and their hidden folds and draws sheltered North America's last free-ranging, wild bison.

Thanks, Slowride. High, thin clouds tend to spread out and enlarge the appearance of bright spots like stars and planets.
