Another great night in Abisko! Tonight the show started early and filled the sky even as the Sun flooded the horizon with bright ambient light. As the sky grew darker the auroras subsided and were very calm for the next several hours. Just as our group decided to head back to the hotel and call it a night the show erupted into a spectacle that was admired by all of us that were fortunate enough to see it. This image captured the peak of the display as seen from the STF Abisko Hotel in Abisko National Park.
