Details:
What a stunning morning! On October 8, the aurora was dancing to the north and northeast, the waning Moon was shining near Venus and Regulus, with Mars and Jupiter below in a superb gathering of planets, while the Milky Way and winter constellations shone to the south. The 7-segment panorama takes in the scene along the horizon from north to south, in a view from southern Alberta. The other view is a closeup of the planet grouping in the brightening twilight.
