Details:
Justin Rennilson (age 89) and Parks Squyres (age 79) were comparing the color of this eclipse with the color of an eclipse image looking back at the earth from the moon over 48 years ago when we both worked at JPL on the Surveyor television project. Justin was co investigator for the television experiment on Surveyor 3. We have been friends now for over 50 years. Justin on the left and Parks on the right in this photo.
