Details:
We were covered in clouds most of the day and the forecast was more of the same till after midnight. I kept peeking out the window to see if the moon was out but no luck. The clouds must have cleared about 30 minutes before totality because i still couldnt see the moon from the window. When totality got close i went outside to make sure it was still clouded over and low and behold there was a whole in the clouds. I rushed like mad to get my camera and laptop out. I use some astrophotography software to capture images from the camera, a canon DSLR. anyway, I was fortunate to be able to get 60 or so short exposure images and this is one, raw out of the camera.
