Details:
The charts showed very minimal activity when I headed to bed. A little after 3 a.m. a "Yellow Alert" came through and I could see a bright green band outside of our bedroom window. Nothing too exciting, but with it being so close to the autumnal equinox, we are often treated to nice aurora displays, so I decided to head to see what I could find.
After shooting at a few go-to spots, I received a "Red Alert" and made my way into town.
