Details:
Wonderful to see auroras up in the sky and reflected on the lakes surface. Just past local midnight was the strongest aurora outburst. I guess that night didn't qualify as a G1 storm, but auroras were in the sky from 11pm to 3am.
If you suffer from "aurora neck pain syndrome" (staring long times up in the sky), proper autumn auroras do help. Just watch the show on the water surface instead.
