From the picture you can see three different photos of Startrail obtained from different latitudes. From left side to right one: Polaris photographed from Giau Pass site (Italian Dolomites, Lat 46°,29’N); Polaris photographed from Lagastrello Pass (Apuane Alps, Tuscany, Italy, Lat 44°,13’N); Polaris photographed from Ragusa (Sicily, Italy, 36°,51’).
So it is easy to see and to compare the three different elevations of Polaris.
