This photo is part of a sequence (timelapse) obtained from the fantastic scenery of Seljalandsfoss waterfalls in south Iceland, the 27/08/2015. During this night, we attended a brief but intense "explosion" of auroras, which filled the sky with green and red colors that lit up the landscape.
This image is obtained in the course of the expedition Shelios 2015 (www.shelios.com), in which young science students participate and live aurora Internet broadcasts are made for GLORIA European project (www.sky-live. tv).
