Details:
Had gone out in Yorkshire tonight to do some Milky Way and astro photography. Had climbed up on to the bleak limestone pavement above Twisleton Scars. After photographing the milky way to the South I noticed a light on the horizon on the North which developed into a purple aurora. An unexpected treat for the night!
