Details:
Granulation appears in this ultra-violet image of the developing AR2396 sunspot group. Some umbral dots can be glimpsed in the main spots. Détails: 210 mm Newton telescope with unaluminized mirror, K-line filter, x 5 Barlow lens and IDS 3240 NIR camera. Processing with AutoStakkert! and Lucy-Richardson deconvolution with ImPPG.
