Here's a capture of tonight's Moon turned blue in photoshop. As we all know, the only way to actually SEE a Blue Moon is if there's volcanic ash in the atmosphere. And although Central WI has been bombarded the month of July from the smoke/fires out of Canada, tonight is rather clear so I had to adjust the RGB color to stick to the folklore:) A Beautiful sight in the Eastern sky tonight!
