Details:
This is a ~3 second exposure capture on July 26, 2015 at around 6am. Looking WSW, I never saw it with my naked eye, but it was recorded in the exposure. A trail is also faintly visible.

Sorry, no meteor in this photo. It is a light trace of a bright planet (Venus?) or star caused by the camera/tripod vibrations. Check the faint light path following the meteor trace to the upper part of the frame. Better luck next time!

Disagree. Venus was an evening planet. Other planet/stars not distorted. Morning light prevented a clear image.

Sorry, I did not realize you said 6AM. Not Venus, obviously. Anyway, what you registered was definitely NOT a meteor.

I see the pinpoints of stars, and the long trail of object. My experience with this has been neighbors with LED lights on kite strings at night with a clear mylar kite, as well as drones. The drone may have had some sort of additional reflective of clear trailing materials, or perhaps reflective rotor coatings. I see your name is Nicholson, I used to live in a small town in KY named Nicholson.
