Details:
A spectacular sight in Houston, TX last evening. The sky was clear and dark after sunset and the slender crescent moon was large and yellow just below and to the left of the brilliant white dot that was Venus. Heading west on I-10, the pair completely stole your focus and commanded attention. Jupiter was also part of the show perched off to the right. It's dim appearance concealing its true grandeur. I was surprised it showed-up on my I-Phone photo. Of course a photo does not do the sight justice with the horizon, slight glow of twilight and whole panorama laid-out in front of you but you get the idea!
