Hello .. Astronomy enthusiasts. In this Saturday, June 20th, the sky offered us a conjunction, say ... beautiful. After the setting of the sun and the clouds let up, we could see the moon, very close to Venus and Jupiter in the sky. What favored the observation of the conjunction was that the moon was rising in the beginning with 20% light and not overshadowed his sky-mates. Picture with Nikon D3100, ISO 800, 18mm, F4, 3 seconds. Appear some stars of the constellation Leo, above and right of the conjunction, especially Regulus, Algieba and denebola. Photo taken in Porto Alegre - RS, Brazil (51 W - 30 ° S). Astronomical greetings.
