Details:
June 22 2015 - Unknown Near Earth Object - This object was moving from South to North over Eastern Kansas to possibly Western Missouri depending on the actual distance. It appeared to have a core but it had a wide fuzzy light like a comet or asteroid that was out gassing. I put on an old manual 135MM Lens and shot it at 12,800 ISO for .94 seconds so there is a bit of forward motion. Speed would be similar to a medium velocity satellite. It was spinning as it has a spiral visible. You can also see a faint outer ring as well. This went over at about 10:45 CST. This was actually quite large compared to how it may be perceived in the photo. Did we have a satellite go boom or a rocket or??

I saw this same object at 11:45 EDT in northern New Jersey, moving in same direction. What caught my attention was how illuminated it was, as if back lit. At first I mistook it for the edge of a cloud back lit with a star behind it. For me, in binocs, I saw no spinning motion as I recall, and the core was not nearly as big or bright as in your photo. Also its movement from west to north was contrary to the clouds that came in moments later out of the NW. Size was a little less than the crescent moon.
