Details:
LightSail-A, the Planetary Society's solar sail test satellite. I did not see it visually, but took an exposure at the time and position predicted by heavens-above.com. Exposure 20 sec. , ISO 800, f1.4, 30mm lens, Sigma SD1. I found it in subsequent exposures, but very very faint. It seems I got lucky on the first one where it flashed from the sun. Remarkable that it is only 18.5 feet wide but I caught it from 200-400 miles away!

Excellent. I have been looking for a photo of the lightsail for several days. It looks like HeavensAbove was really accurate, despite their disclaimer that their predictions were very rough due to possible orbital fluctuations.
