Details:
While I was looking for the first noctilucent clouds of the year (still not successful) I saw our moon and Venus setting over the northwestern horizon. Some thin stratocumulus clouds made them have nice aureolae. I also tried to take some photos of the andromeda galaxy which now is very difficult as the nights are no longer dark (since the sun does not set below approx. -15° alt). Also some clouds made it even harder to get a clear view of our galactic neighbor. The shot was done with an ordinary 55-250mm Canon lens at 179mm, 30", ISO4000, 8 images averaged.
