Details:
I went to Whitefish Point to do a time lapse. The aurora started at about 12am and lasted till 3am. I also saw a shooting star that was so bright I could see its reflection on the water

Not a bad picture for May.
Are there often auroras at Whitefish point?
Living in Toronto I can be there in 7 hours.
