Details:
The Sun today had solar prominences on the eastern limb and western limb, it looks like something big is coming our way again! The eastern limb is to the top of the image and the western limb is to the bottom as seen through the telescope. The images were taken with a Lunt 80mm solar telescope and a Canon 700D camera with a 2x barlow lens. This is a composite image one set of 30 images for the solar disc and one set for the faint prominences that were stacked in Registack6 and processed in PS CS4.
