Hydrogen Alpha Sun in monochrome and color mode. Seems like more detail on the suns disk is visible in monochrome. Lunt 35.

Single shot picture, no fancy software stacking, no false color added, oriented correctly, no fancy expensive dedicated sun camera, and an Ha telescope under $600. Just a few minutes in photo program for some contrast & brightness adjustment.
