Details:
Venus is so bright in the evening sky that it leaves a dazzling trail of reflected light on the waters of Lake Mary near Flagstaff, Arizona. The stars of Pleiades are easily seen as well as the zodiacal light.
Early in the evening, a light breeze was present and rippled the surface of the water resulting in this long streak of light from one side of the lake to the other. Later, the breeze slacked and the water became very smooth and allowed Venus and the stars to produce almost point-like reflections. Orion's belt is easily visible in the reflection.
