Details:
There is a large group of sunspots rotating into view on the eastern limb of the Sun today, 2 days ago on the 10th April in this very same area there was a beautiful fountain like prominence ejecting off the limb spectacularly…perhaps it was the precursor to this new active group… Please find an image from today and an image taken on the 10th April were this sunspot group had originated from, its going to be very exciting to see whats going to happen next :-) My images were taken with a Lunt 80mm solar telescope and a Canon 700d camera with a 2x barlow lens, images stacked in RegiStack6 and processed in PS. (Eastern limb of the Sun is to the top of the image and the western limb is to the bottom)
