Details:
Images of Venus and Jupiter were acquired Monday evening through a layer of thin clouds using a Meade 10-inch LX6 Schmidt Cassegrain telescope and a ZWO ASI120MC video camera. The images showing Jupiter and its moons were taken separately because of the different exposure times needed but their relative position and scale against Jupiter are correct (taken around 9:30pm). The other images are enlargements showing some cloud detail on Venus as well as the terminators(night and dark band) on both moons. The videos were stacked using AutoStakkert and processed using Registax, Nebulosity3 and Adobe Lightroom 4.4.
