APPLES and ORANGES: Two tales of two eclipses. April 4, 2015 was RED while the one on October 8, 2014 was ORANGE. Check out the subtle difference that 6 months did. The Earth's atmosphere determines the hues of a Lunar Eclipse called Danjon Scale. Both images taken with my 100mm Skywatcher ED Refractor and iOptron 25EQ mount from Thousand Oaks
