Hi, I tried to make this kind of pictures while total solar eclipse in 1999 in Austria. Unfortunately clouds above me covered the Sun. I noticed only the black ring on the clouds.
Yesterday I spent half of hour of eclipse trying to find the place under trees to see the effect of camera obscura. Fortunately I found it on asphalt just before my building.
