Details:
I stopped off of Route 6, in southern Utah, and pulled 1 km down a dirt road, away from the occasional passing truck traffic. There were no lights....perfect. And in multiple pictures, I could see faint green and red glows to the north east. Either air glow, or distant auroras! ~3:30 AM. Nikon D600 with 14-24 mm wide angle lens @f/2.8, 30 second tracked exposures on iOptron Skytracker mount. It got cold! But perfect conditions. An awesome night!
