Details:
I awoke yesterday morning to an alert from Big Bear Solar Observatory. There was a large Loop Prominence on the southeast limb of the Sun, near emerging Active Region, NOAA AR 2297.
I grabbed my DAYSTAR QUARK and ran out to my observatory and began shooting immediately and was rewarded with these images for my efforts. Before it dissipated I even got a partial loop with the Lunt Ca-K module.
