Details:
I created this illustration using a photo I took of a Gigantic Jet back in sept. 2010 and its parent storm cell that was lit by lightning just 3 mins before the GJ appeared. Gigantic Jets are the best evidence we have of a direct electrical connection between a storm cell and the Ionosphere. This is just a small part of what makes up our Global Electric Circuit.
