Details:
I had just set up my sleeping bag on a snow drift along the lake shore at -15 degrees F and saw faint vertical columns above the hills. I quickly propped my Lumix L7 on my pack and setup for 4 second exposures at 1600 iso. I had hoped I would see something, and was rewarded this moonlit night at 1:35 am local time.
