An airplane glory and subsequent contrail shadow.
I saw them from an airplane 30 minutes later after departure from San Jose, CA, to Japan.
They were very clear with the naked eye but the appearance in photo was dim...
Nikon 1 J1 digital camera; ISO 200, F3.5, 1/640s exposure, f=27mm
