Planet Conjuction
Taken by Bill Metallinos on February 16, 2015 @ Two gods in love, Venus and Mars - 2.35 ° Mars the god of war meets Venus, the goddess of love where the intercourse with whom allegedly acquired Erotas, Deimos and Phobos. Venus is the second planet from the Sun. It is the brightest object in the night sky after the Sun and the Moon and has a mass of ~ 89% of the Earth. The distance from us was about 1.44AU or otherwise 215.5 million km. Mars is the fourth planet from the Sun, and the second closest to the Earth, its mass is equal to 1/10 of the earth. it has two satellites, Phobos and Deimos. The distance from us was about 2.18AU or ~ 32.6000.000 km. The distance between Mars-Venus was about 0,74AU but if someone was on Mars would see Venus less brighten than from here, while Mars while be slightly brighter from Venus than from here.
