Details:
It was getting down to minus 15° Celsius and with the almost first quarter Moon making it difficult to see Comet Lovejoy, the lunar halo made for a pleasant photo anyway. These were taken with a Nikon D200 DSLR, ISO 1600, 15s exposure and Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G Fisheye lens and Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8G @35mm.
