Details:
Probably our last good look at Lovejoy from this southerly latitude as it makes its way north and the brightening moon interferes. I was amazed to see the faint tail extending beyond the Pleiades in the photographs. Details: Canon5D II + 70-200mm zoom lens at 100mm and f3.5 on an EQ-6 mount, 34x90sec exposures at ISO2000.
