Details:
Image of the comet and Pleiades was taken using a fixed tripod (no tracking) and is a stack of 30 lights, 30 darks, and 30 offset/bias frames. Stacking was done with DeepSkyStacker. Additional post processing was done in Photoshop. Nikon D700, ISO 6400, 85mm, f/1.8, 30x4s. Thanks to all the readers of SpaceWeather for posting their wonderful images of C/2014 Q2 Lovejoy.
