Real atmospheric soup. This week (and actually most of the last year too) has been crazy in terms of airglow emission. The whole sky was "on fire" with rapidly changing waves of airglow. Last night we witnessed a spectacular mix of green airglow emission (oxygen) and the red one (OH). The Milky Way is close to its culmination, and one can also see setting C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy) comet at the lower right corner of the image (close to Pleadies). https://twitter.com/YBeletsky
