Comet Lovejoy just keeps getting better. Split tail with several streamers extend for 6.5 degrees in this image. I provided both enhanced and minimally post-processed images to reflect different perspectives. Taken with: Nikon d7100, Nikkor 180mm AIS ED F/2.8 lens set at f/4.5 with iso of 4000, 14x80s stacked with PixInsight and modified using Photoshop CS6. Taken at 8:25PM MST.
