Details:
The solar surface in white light showing the larger sunspot group AR2257, the surface seems quite today in visible light, but the view through the Lunt 80mm H-alpha solar telescope shows some active flaring around this sunspot group. There were also a few faint filaments on the solar surface and no active prominences around the Suns limb… The images were taken with a 127mm refractor at prime focus with a glass solar filter attached and a Canon 700D camera. The exposures times were 1/800th second and ISO 100 using 20 images that were stacked in RegiStax6.
