Details:
An impressive view both at the eyepiece and on the camera view screen. The mass ejection was very bright. The complex tail evolution makes this comet more spectacular compared to 2013 comet ISON. TS APO 115mm F/7 and Canon 550D at ISO3200. 24 frames, each a 100 to 120 seconds of exposure, were combined into a single shot. The black and white image has an inset showing the inner jets of the comet using the Larson-Sekanina algorithm. The comet was again very easy to spot with the naked eye.
