Details:
Amazing corona right above our heads at just 5:45 pm local time here in Finnish Lapland! This is the strongest early aurora that I have ever witnessed out of many, many nights out there in the Arctic. It's a good sign for the rest of the evening with the solar wind from the major coronal hole south of the Sun reaching our planet! Right, so I'm running back outside. Keep you posted of course!
